【摘要】：正患者,男,59岁,身高180cm,体重76kg,因"右上腹胀闷不适1月"入院。既往乙型肝炎病史,患者入院后完善检查,确诊为原发性肝癌、慢性乙型肝炎、肝炎后肝硬化及胆囊结石,拟在全麻下行肝脏Ⅳ、Ⅶ、Ⅷ段不规则切除术、胆囊切除术。患者术前心肺功能和各项实验室检查结果均未见异常,无手术史、药物和食物过敏史。患者入室后常规建立上肢静脉通路,心电监护,吸氧,BP 158/90mm Hg,HR 80次/分,SpO_297%。麻醉诱导:静
