府舍穴麻醉下静脉牵张结扎治疗静脉曲张的疗效观察

【摘要】：目的:观察府舍穴麻醉下静脉牵张结扎治疗下肢静脉曲张的临床疗效。方法:将120例下肢静脉曲张患者随机分为试验组和对照组,各60例,试验组患者采用府舍穴麻醉下静脉牵张结扎治疗,对照组患者采用传统结扎剥脱联合激光闭合术治疗,比较两组患者的临床效果。结果:经过治疗,两组治愈率及疼痛评分无显著差异,试验组的手术时间、出血量、部分术后不良反应、部分术后并发症及住院天数明显低于对照组(P0.01)。结论:府舍穴麻醉下静脉牵张结扎治疗下肢静脉曲张临床疗效显著,可明显提高患者舒适度,缩短手术住院时间,值得临床推广应用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of varicose vein ligation under Fushe point anesthesia. Methods: 120 patients with varicose veins of lower extremity were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 60 cases in each group. The patients in the experimental group were treated with venous distraction ligation under Fushe point anesthesia, while the patients in the control group were treated with traditional ligation and stripping combined with laser closure. Results: after treatment, the clinical effects of the two groups were compared. There was no significant difference in cure rate and pain score between the two groups. Some postoperative complications and hospitalization days were significantly lower than those in the control group (P 0.01). Conclusion: the treatment of varicose veins of lower extremity under Fushe point anesthesia is effective, which can obviously improve the comfort of patients and shorten the hospitalization time. It is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
