优质护理在甲状腺切除术患者中的应用

【摘要】：正甲状腺切除术为普外科常见手术,但是手术和麻醉对患者是一种不良刺激,易引起患者焦虑、紧张等不良情绪,所以针对甲状腺手术患者给予有效的护理干预显得十分重要。本课题采用前瞻性病例对照研究,探讨优质护理在甲状腺手术患者护理中的效果,现报道如下。1材料与方法1.1一般资料选择2011年6月-2013年6月期间因甲状腺疾患在我院外科行甲状腺切除术的患者共80例,按随机数字表随机分为两组,各40例。对照组
[Abstract]:Positive thyroidectomy is a common operation in general surgery, but surgery and anaesthesia are a bad stimulus to patients, which can easily cause anxiety, tension and other adverse emotions. Therefore, it is very important to give effective nursing intervention to the patients undergoing thyroid surgery.
