中药复方对链球菌性肺炎小鼠炎症p38MAPK信号转导通路的影响

【摘要】:目的:观察中药复方对链球菌性肺炎小鼠炎症p38MAPK信号转导通路的影响。方法:将48只BALB/c小鼠随机分为4组:正常组、模型组、中药组、SB203580组,每组12只。模型组、中药组、SB203580组采用麻醉并破损鼻黏膜滴注一定量肺炎链球菌法建立链球菌性肺炎模型;中药组在造模后以中药复方7.5 g·kg~(-1)·d~(-1)灌胃治疗,2次·d~(-1),SB203580组造模后以SB203580 1mg·kg~(-1)·d~(-1)腹腔注射,1次·d~(-1),共7 d。造模第7天解剖取肺组织,检测各组小鼠肺组织p38MAPK基因及p-p38MAPK蛋白表达水平和TNF-α、IL-6含量变化。结果:中药组小鼠肺组织中p38MAPK基因及p-p38MAPK蛋白表达水平和TNF-α、IL-6含量较正常组高(P0.05),无统计学意义;较模型组低(P0.05),有统计学意义。结论:中药复方能有效抑制链球菌性肺炎小鼠炎症p38MAPK信号通路的活化,控制炎症进程。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the effect of Chinese herbal prescription on inflammatory p38MAPK signal transduction pathway in streptococcal pneumonia mice. Methods: 48 BALB/c mice were randomly divided into 4 groups: normal group, model group, and traditional Chinese medicine group (SB203580, 12 rats in each group). The model of streptococcus pneumoniae was established in the traditional Chinese medicine group (SB203580) with anesthesia and nasal mucosal drip of a certain amount of streptococcus pneumoniae. The Chinese medicine group was treated by oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine (7.5g kg 路kg ~ (-1) 路d ~ (-1) d ~ (-1)) by intraperitoneal injection of SB203580 1mg / kg ~ (-1) D ~ (+ +) ~ (1) ~ (1) ~ (-1), and the lung tissue was dissected on the 7th day of model making, and the lung tissue was dissected on the 7th day of the model making, and the lung tissue was dissected and the lung tissue was dissected on the 7th day of the model. The expression level of p38MAPK gene and p-p38MAPK protein and the content of TNF- 伪 IL-6 in lung tissue of each group were detected. Results: the expression level of p38MAPK gene and p-p38MAPK protein and the content of TNF- 伪 -guan6 in the lung tissue of the Chinese medicine group were higher than those of the normal group (P 0.05), and there was no significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion: Chinese herbal prescription can effectively inhibit the activation of inflammatory p38MAPK signaling pathway and control the inflammatory process in mice with streptococcal pneumonia.
