临床麻醉中“变”的辨析

【摘要】：变化发展的观点是唯物辩证法的一个原理。结合并运用该原理指导临床麻醉工作,要求麻醉医师在实际中将患者的生理及病理生理变化过程如实地看成一个变化发展的过程,准确把握患者在麻醉过程中所处的阶段和地位,从而达到更有效、舒适、安全的麻醉效果,同时有利于我们临床麻醉科研创新思维的成长。因此,灵活运用马克思主义辩证法变化发展的原理来认识、分析临床麻醉过程中患者的状况及解决出现的问题,指导临床麻醉及科研工作,使临床麻醉得到更进一步的发展,是一个科学的好方法。
[Abstract]:The viewpoint of change and development is a principle of materialist dialectics. The combination and application of this principle to guide the clinical anaesthesia requires the anesthesiologist to regard the patient's physiological and pathophysiological changes as a process of change and development truthfully in practice. Accurately grasp the stage and position of patients in the process of anesthesia, so as to achieve a more effective, comfortable and safe anesthetic effect, and at the same time is conducive to the growth of innovative thinking in clinical anesthetic research. Flexible use of Marxist dialectic development principle to understand, analyze the situation of patients in the course of clinical anesthesia and solve the problems, guide clinical anesthesia and scientific research, so that clinical anesthesia has been further developed. Is a good scientific method.
