依托咪酯与咪唑安定辅助麻醉的临床观察

【摘要】：目的探讨依托咪酯与咪唑安定辅助麻醉的临床效果。方法选取2013年1月至2015年6月溱东镇卫生院妇科手术的58例患者作为研究对象,将其随机分成观察组29例(依托咪酯辅助麻醉)和对照组29例(咪唑安定辅助麻醉),对比两组患者用药前后各项指征的变化。结果两组患者用药前在平均动脉压(MAP)、心率(HR)、氧饱和度(SpO_2)指标方面相比,差异均无统计学意义(P0.05),观察组患者用药前后在MAP、HR、SpO_2指标方面相比,差异均无统计学意义(P0.05),对照组患者用药前后在MAP、HR、SpO_2指标方面相比差异具有统计学意义(P0.05),两组患者用药后在MAP、HR、SpO_2指标方面相比差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论根据患者的实际情况采取安全有效的辅助麻醉方法,依托咪酯相较于咪唑安定用于辅助麻醉效果而言更加安全,是临床麻醉中辅助麻醉的良好选择。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of adjuvant anesthesia of etomidate and midazolam. Methods from January 2013 to June 2015, 58 patients undergoing gynecological surgery in Qintong Township Health Center were selected as subjects. The patients were randomly divided into observation group (etomidate assisted anesthesia) and control group (midazolam adjuvant anesthesia). The changes of indications before and after administration of midazolam were compared between the two groups. Compared with MAPP, HRT, SPO _ 2 (oxygen saturation), There was no significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05), but there was significant difference in the two groups (P 0.05). Conclusion according to the actual condition of the patients, there is a significant difference between the two groups in the index of MAPHER-SPO _ 2. Conclusion according to the actual situation of the patients, there is a significant difference between the two groups in terms of the indexes of MAP-HR-SPO _ 2. To adopt safe and effective auxiliary anesthetic methods in the international situation, Etomidate is safer than midazolam in adjuvant anesthesia and is a good choice in clinical anesthesia.
