个性化护理对孕产妇分娩镇痛效果及分娩方式的影响

【摘要】：目的观察个性化护理对孕产妇分娩镇痛效果及分娩方式的影响。方法选取2015年7月~2017年4月到商丘市中医院进行产检及分娩的孕产妇50例,根据入院顺序分为对照组和干预组,各25例。对照组进行常规护理,干预组实施个性化护理。观察两组护理效果。结果护理后,干预组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、剖宫产率低于对照组,阴道顺产率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论个性化护理的实施可增强孕产妇分娩镇痛效果,提高阴道顺产率。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of individualized nursing on labor analgesia of pregnant and parturient. Methods from July 2015 to April 2017, 50 pregnant and parturient women in Shangqiu traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were selected and divided into control group and intervention group according to the order of admission. Routine nursing was performed in the control group and individualized nursing was carried out in the intervention group. The nursing effect of the two groups was observed. Results after nursing, the visual analogue score (VAS) score, cesarean section rate and vaginal spontaneous delivery rate in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion the implementation of individualized nursing can enhance the analgesic effect of delivery and increase the rate of vaginal spontaneous delivery.
