急诊行心脏瓣膜置换术的麻醉及体外循环管理分析

【摘要】：目的对心脏瓣膜置换术患者的麻醉和体外循环管理方法进行探讨分析。方法根据我院接收的13例接受心脏瓣膜置换手术的患者进行研究分析,对患者围手术期接受麻醉的方法以及循环维持方法进行总结归纳,使用体外循环时,要提供平稳的体外循环操作和有效的心肌功能保护。结果此次研究的13例患者接受治疗后均顺利的脱离体外循环,临床自动复跳率是76.9%,共有5例患者使用鱼精蛋白出现了不良反应,我们经过积极的救治后,均顺利康复。结论急诊心血管手术的要点是快速为患者建立体外循环,对手术过程进行精细管理,保护好心肌和其他重要器官,为手术治疗提供可靠的基础。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the management of anesthesia and cardiopulmonary bypass in patients with cardiac valve replacement. Methods according to 13 patients who received cardiac valve replacement operation, the methods of anesthesia and circulation maintenance in perioperative period were summarized and summarized, which were used in cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB). To provide smooth cardiopulmonary bypass operation and effective myocardial protection. Results the 13 patients in this study were successfully released from cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB), and the rate of automatic resuscitation was 76.9%. A total of 5 patients had adverse reactions with protamine. After active treatment, all patients recovered smoothly. Conclusion the key point of emergency cardiovascular surgery is to establish cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) for patients, to manage the operation process, to protect myocardium and other important organs, and to provide a reliable basis for surgical treatment.
