探讨腰麻-硬膜外联合阻滞麻醉与单纯硬膜外麻醉的麻醉效果观察

【摘要】：目的探究分析腰麻-硬膜外联合阻滞麻醉与单纯硬膜外麻醉的临床麻醉效果。方法 50例进行手术治疗的患者,随机分成联合麻醉组和对照组,各25例。对照组患者在进行手术前采用单纯硬膜外麻醉,联合麻醉组患者在进行手术前采用腰麻-硬膜外联合阻滞麻醉,观察并比较两组患者的麻醉效果。结果联合麻醉组显效18例,有效5例,无效2例,麻醉总有效率为92.00%;对照组患者显效15例,有效4例,无效6例,麻醉总有效率为76.00%;两组麻醉效果比较,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论在进行手术前采取腰麻-硬膜外联合阻滞麻醉可以显著的提高患者手术中麻醉效果,显著的提高临床手术质量,可以使手术的顺利进行,值得临床推广使用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effects of combined spinal-epidural block anesthesia and epidural anesthesia alone. Methods 50 patients undergoing surgical treatment were randomly divided into combined anesthesia group and control group, 25 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with simple epidural anesthesia before operation, and the patients in the combined anesthesia group were treated with combined spinal-epidural anesthesia before operation. The anesthetic effects of the two groups were observed and compared. Results in the combined anesthesia group, there were 18 cases of remarkable effect, 5 cases of effective and 2 cases of ineffective, and the total effective rate of anesthesia was 92.00%, while that of control group was 15 cases, 4 cases, 6 cases, and the total effective rate of anesthesia was 76.00. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion combined spinal-epidural anesthesia before operation can significantly improve the anesthetic effect, improve the quality of clinical operation, and make the operation go smoothly, which is worth popularizing.
