态度在麻醉工作中的重要性

【摘要】："态度决定一切"这句话强调的是态度对我们的重要性。麻醉工作中的严重问题我们常常能及时发现并处理,但很多细节问题,比如低血压、低体温、不注意手卫生、吸痰不当、术后镇痛不足等问题并没有引起我们的重视,从而导致患者预后不良。其根本原因在于态度问题,更深层次的原因在于职业精神的欠缺,这就需要我们采取更加积极的态度去重视、发现并处理这些问题,才能改善患者的预后,提高麻醉质量。可见态度在麻醉工作中十分重要。
[Abstract]:The sentence "attitude determines everything" emphasizes the importance of attitude to us. The serious problems in the anesthetic work are often found and handled in time, but many details, such as hypotension, hypothermia, lack of attention to hand hygiene, improper phlegm aspiration and postoperative analgesia, have not aroused our attention, which leads to the prognosis of the patients. The fundamental reason lies in the attitude problem, the deeper reason is the lack of professional spirit, which requires us to take a more positive attitude to pay attention to, to find and deal with these problems, so as to improve the prognosis of the patients and improve the quality of anesthesia.
