瑞芬太尼与芬太尼在小儿麻醉中的应用效果比较

【摘要】：目的比较瑞芬太尼和芬太尼在小儿麻醉中的应用效果。方法选取进行麻醉手术的54例小儿患者作为研究对象,并将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组27例。给予对照组芬太尼进行麻醉,观察组则使用瑞芬太尼。比较分析2组患儿各项血流动力学指标的变化情况和拔管、语言应答所需时间。结果观察组的收缩压为(110.57±8.69)mmHg,舒张压为(63.77±3.77)mmHg、心率为(101.39±5.92)次/min,对照组的相应值为(126.17±9.03)mmHg、(72.01±4.58)mmHg、(114.92±8.73)次/min,观察组的各项血流动力学指标均明显低于对照组;观察组的拔管时间为(16.81±4.05)min,语言应答时间为(16.81±4.05)min,对照组的相应值为(24.11±4.25)min、(26.94±3.19)min,观察组的拔管和语言应答时间也短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论瑞芬太尼在小儿麻醉中效果显著,值得临床推广应用。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the effect of remifentanil and fentanyl in pediatric anesthesia. Methods 54 pediatric patients undergoing anesthesia were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 27 cases in each group. The control group was anesthetized with fentanyl and the observation group with remifentanil. The changes of hemodynamic indexes and the time of extubation and speech response were compared between the two groups. Results the systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP) and heart rate (RHR) were 110.57 卤8.69 mm Hg, 63.77 卤3.77 mm Hg and 101.39 卤5.92 times / min in the observation group, and the corresponding values in the control group were 126.17 卤9.03 卤9.03 mm / h, 72.01 卤4.58 mm / h, 114.92 卤8.73 / min, respectively. The hemodynamic parameters in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group. The extubation time of the observation group was 16.81 卤4.05 min, the language response time was 16.81 卤4.05 min, and the corresponding value of the control group was 24.11 卤4.25 min, 26.94 卤3.19 min. The extubation and language response time of the observation group was also shorter than that of the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion remifentanil is effective in pediatric anesthesia and is worth popularizing.
