右美托咪啶在功能神经外科手术麻醉中的应用效果分析

【摘要】:目的探讨右美托咪啶在功能神经外科手术麻醉中的应用效果。方法收集2014年4月至2015年4月神经外科收治的住院部患者200例,随机分为右美托咪啶组100例,对照组100例。两组均与七氟烷、注射用苯磺顺阿曲库铵、枸橼酸芬太尼注射液、丙泊酚麻醉,右美托咪啶组在此基础上手术结束前30分钟予右美托咪啶注射液0.4ug/kg配0.9%生理盐水稀释至20ml缓慢泵入,时间10分钟;对照组仅予等量0.9%生理盐水泵入,观察两组唤醒期血压、心率、苏醒时间、体动次数、呛咳次数等。结果唤醒期右美托咪啶组收缩压(118.8±10.3)mm Hg,对照组收缩压(142.6±11.4)mm Hg;右美托咪啶组舒张压(75.6±9.1)mm Hg,对照组舒张压(90.8±12.2)mm Hg;右美托咪啶组心率(78.7±1.4)次/分,对照组心率(90.8±6.1)次/分。右美托咪啶组与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P0.05)。右美托咪啶组苏醒时间为(5.33±2.58)分,对照组苏醒时间(5.46±2.47)分,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05);右美托咪啶组体动次数为(0.05±0.23)次,对照组体动次数为(0.45±0.13)次,右美托咪啶组患者体动次数少于对照组;右美托咪啶组患者呛咳次数为(1.2±0.3)次,对照组患者呛咳次数为(3.5±1.3)次,两组体动次数、呛咳次数比较,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论右美托咪啶在功能神经外科手术麻醉中无明显抑制呼吸、循环系统,并且可以减少手术应激反应。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of dexmetidine in anaesthesia of functional neurosurgery. Methods from April 2014 to April 2015, 200 inpatient patients were randomly divided into dexmetomidine group (n = 100) and control group (n = 100). Both groups were anesthetized with sevoflurane, benzenesulfonate cisatracurium, fentanyl citrate injection, propofol, and propofol. On this basis, dexmetidine injection 0.4ug/kg and 0.9% normal saline were diluted to 20ml slowly for 10 minutes, while the control group was only given 0.9% saline to observe the blood pressure in the arousal phase, the control group was treated with dexmetidine injection 30 minutes before the end of operation, and the control group was injected with 0.9% saline for 10 minutes. Heart rate, recovery time, body movement, cough, etc. Results systolic blood pressure was 118.8 卤10.3)mm Hg in dexmetidine group, 142.6 卤11.4)mm Hg in control group, 75.6 卤9.1)mm Hg in dexmetidine group, 90.8 卤12.2)mm Hg in control group, 78.7 卤1.4 beats / min in dexmetidine group and 90.8 卤6.1 h / min in control group. The difference between dexmetidine group and control group was statistically significant (P 0.05). The recovery time of dexmetomidine group was 5.33 卤2.58, and that of control group was 5.46 卤2.47. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05 卤0.23), while that of control group was 0.45 卤0.13, while that of right metromidine group was 0.05 卤0.23, while that of control group was 0.45 卤0.13. The times of dysphagia were 1.2 卤0.3 in dexmetidine group and 3.5 卤1.3 in control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion dexmetidine has no significant inhibition on respiratory and circulatory system in functional neurosurgical anesthesia and can reduce the stress response.
