超声引导下经皮微波消融甲状腺术后复发结节的临床研究

【摘要】：目的:探讨超声引导下微波消融(MWA)治疗甲状腺术后复发的甲状腺结节的临床效果。方法:对75例甲状腺术后复发结节患者在局部麻醉下行超声引导下MWA治疗,术前均行穿刺活检,经穿刺口将微波消融针穿刺在结节的中心部位开启消融,应用能量为25~35 W,其中心温度可达70~95℃。结果:患者均成功行MWA,术中部分患者有轻微不适,但无明显并发症发生。5例出现暂时性声嘶,均在术后1~3周恢复;2例出现饮水呛咳,术后3~5d恢复正常。术后3、6个月超声复查,全部患者甲状腺结节血流消失,结节有不同程度的缩小,血清FT4、TSH结果无明显改变。结论:超声引导下MWA治疗甲状腺术后复发甲状腺结节疗效好,且微创优势明显。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical effect of ultrasound guided microwave ablation (MWAs) on recurrent thyroid nodules after thyroid surgery. Methods: Seventy-five patients with recurrent thyroid nodules were treated with ultrasound guided MWA under local anesthesia. All patients underwent biopsy before operation. Microwave ablation needle puncture was performed at the center of the nodules through the puncture orifice. The applied energy is 25 ~ 35 W and the center temperature can reach 70 ~ 95 鈩，
