盐酸右美托咪定辅助全身麻醉的系统评价

【摘要】：目的评价盐酸右美托咪定用于辅助全身麻醉效果及安全性。方法检索Pub Med、中国生物医学(CBM)、万方、中国知网、维普(VIP)及中国学位论文全文数据库盐酸右美托咪定用于辅助全身麻醉的临床随机对照试验,提取资料并评价文献质量,用Rev Man 5.0软件对各效应指标进行Meta分析,漏斗图检验其发表偏倚。结果试验组(盐酸右美托咪定)与对照组(等容量生理盐水)用药前后Ramsay评分为1分(忧虑、焦急、不安)差异有统计学意义[P0.001,OR=0.35,95%CI(0.19~0.65)]。2组术中芬太尼用量差异有统计学意义[P0.01,MD=-0.06,95%CI(-0.09~-0.02)]。2组术中丙泊酚/异丙酚用量差异有统计学意义[P0.00001,MD=-51.72,95%CI(-58.33~-45.11)]。2组呼吸频率差异有统计学意义[P0.00001,MD=-1.89,95%CI(-2.41~-1.37)]。2组心率差异有统计学意义[P0.00001,MD=-21.32,95%CI(-27.80~-14.84)];2组血压(Sp O2)差异有统计学意义[P0.01,MD=-1.26,95%CI(-2.21~-0.32)]。结论盐酸右美托咪定辅助全身麻醉有较强镇静作用,效果显著、安全,且能减少术中麻药用量。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the efficacy and safety of dexmedetomidine hydrochloride in auxiliary general anesthesia. Methods Pub Med, Chinese biomedicine (CBM), Wanfang, Chinese knowledge network, VP (VIP) and the full text database of China's dissertations were used in the randomized controlled trial to assist general anesthesia in general anesthesia. The data were extracted and the quality of literature was evaluated, Re V Man 5 software was used to perform Meta analysis on each effect index, and the funnel graph was used to test its publication bias. Results the Ramsay score of the test group (dexmeimidine hydrochloride) and the control group (equal volume physiological saline) was 1 (anxiety, anxious, uneasy). There was a significant difference in the dosage of fentanyl in P0.001, OR=0.35,95%CI (0.19~0.65)].2 group. Conclusion dexmedetomidin assisted general anesthesia has a strong sedative effect, and the effect is significant and safe, and it can reduce the amount of anesthetic in the operation.
