不同麻醉方案对腹部微创手术患者疗效与费用的对比研究

【摘要】：目的比较腹部微创手术患者采取不同麻醉方式的临床效果和费用。方法选择我院2014年6月—2015年5月收治的腹部微创手术患者104例作为研究对象。按照床位单双号顺序,将其分为两组,每组各52例患者。研究组采取丙泊酚联合七氟烷麻醉,对照组采取七氟烷麻醉,比较两组患者的临床疗效和费用。结果经过对比两组患者麻醉相关数据,研究组患者失去意识时间为(72.5±17.4)s,长于对照组的(52.4±11.5)s,但恢复自主呼吸时间、完全苏醒时间和恢复定向力时间均少于对照组(P0.05);研究组麻醉总费用为(375.5±36.6)元,少于对照组的(471.9±44.3)元,且研究组每项费用均少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论腹部微创手术患者采用丙泊酚和七氟烷进行麻醉效果更好,且费用较低,具有临床应用的价值。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the clinical effect and cost of different anesthesia methods in patients undergoing minimally invasive abdominal surgery. Methods 104 patients with minimally invasive abdominal surgery from June 2014 to May 2015 were selected. The patients were divided into two groups, 52 patients in each group. The study group was anesthetized with propofol and sevoflurane, while the control group was anesthetized with sevoflurane. Results by comparing the anesthetic data of the two groups, the time of losing consciousness in the study group was (72.5 卤17.4) s, which was longer than that in the control group (52.4 卤11.5) s), but the time of spontaneous respiration was recovered. The total cost of anesthesia in the study group was (375.5 卤36.6) yuan, less than that in the control group (471.9 卤44.3) yuan, and each item in the study group was less than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion propofol and sevoflurane are more effective and lower cost in patients undergoing minimally invasive abdominal surgery.
