某三甲医院急性阑尾炎阑尾切除术中临床路径的应用与效果评价

【摘要】：目的重点了解临床路径方案合理应用于急性阑尾炎阑尾切除手术患者中的效果及其价值。方法研究选取228例于2011年1月—2012年9月间因急性阑尾炎入住大连医科大学附属二院普外科的患者,予以阑尾切除手术治疗,但并未施行临床路径,作对比组。同时选取228例于2012年10月—2014年1月间因急性阑尾炎入住该院的患者,同样予以阑尾切除手术治疗,且施以临床路径,作观察组,观察两组的满意度、住院时间以及变异原因等。结果实施临床路径方案后,观察组患者中有227例(99.56%)对于科室工作质量感到满意,而对比组有217例(95.18%)(P0.05),同时观察组228例住院时间(6.15±1.25)d,对比组228例是(5.66±1.41)d(P0.05)。结论对于实施阑尾切除手术的急性阑尾炎患者,通过施以临床路径,可提升其满意度,因此在单病种管理中值得推广。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect and value of clinical pathway scheme in appendectomy of acute appendicitis. Methods 228 patients with acute appendicitis admitted to the second affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University from January 2011 to September 2012 were treated with appendectomy, but no clinical path was performed. At the same time, 228 patients admitted to the hospital from October 2012 to January 2014 were treated with appendectomy, and were treated with clinical pathway. The satisfaction of the two groups was observed. Length of stay and reasons of variation. Results 227 cases (99.56%) in the observation group were satisfied with the working quality of the department after the implementation of the clinical pathway scheme, while 217 cases (95.18%) in the control group (P0.05), 228 cases in the observation group (6.15 卤1.25) d, 228 cases in the control group (5.66 卤1.41) d (P0.05). Conclusion for the patients with acute appendicitis undergoing appendectomy, the satisfaction of appendicitis patients can be improved by applying clinical pathway, so it is worth popularizing in the management of single disease.
