野战方舱内施行腰椎经皮椎弓根螺钉内固定术的可行性研究

【摘要】：目的:探讨在野战方舱内施行腰椎经皮椎弓根螺钉内固定术的可行性。方法 :选取12只实验猪,于方舱内施行腰椎经皮椎弓根螺钉内固定术,统计分析实验猪的体重、手术节段、置钉数量、手术时间、术中失血量、术后切口愈合情况及术后肢体活动情况。结果:本组12只实验猪体重为21~30kg,平均26.32±3.45kg;手术节段L1~L3节段8只,L2~L4节段4只,手术时间70~96min,平均80.45±2.45min,失血量2.5~7.7ml,平均5.73±0.37ml。本研究共置入72枚椎弓根螺钉,均成功置钉;共72个切口,术后2周时随访发现仅有1只实验猪的切口出现红肿,均未见切口感染发生,均术后2周拆除缝线。所有12只动物麻醉苏醒后均可正常行走,且步态未见异常。结论:腰椎经皮椎弓根螺钉内固定术具有创伤小、手术时间短、失血少的特点,在野战方舱内施行该手术具有可行性。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the feasibility of percutaneous pedicle screw fixation in field compartment. Methods: twelve experimental pigs were selected to perform percutaneous lumbar pedicle screw fixation in the cubicle. The body weight, operative segment, number of nails, operative time and blood loss during operation were analyzed statistically. Wound healing and limb movement after operation. Results: the body weight of the 12 pigs was 2130 kg (mean 26.32 卤3.45 kg), and the operative time of operation was 7060 min (mean 80.45 卤2.45 min), and the average blood loss was 2.5 卤7.7ml (5.73 卤0.37ml). In this study, 72 pedicle screws were inserted successfully, 72 incisions were successfully inserted, and only 1 pig was found to have redness and swelling in the incision 2 weeks after operation, and no incision infection was found, and the sutures were removed 2 weeks after operation. All 12 animals were able to walk normally after anaesthesia, and no abnormal gait was found. Conclusion: percutaneous pedicle screw fixation has the advantages of less trauma, shorter operation time and less blood loss.
