瓜蒌薤白白酒汤对硬膜下血肿模型大鼠抗凝血实验

【摘要】：目的探讨瓜蒌薤白白酒汤在大、中、小剂量下对硬膜下血肿模型大鼠的治疗作用以及对血清中炎症因子的影响。方法将SD大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型对照组、阳性组(天丹通络胶囊)、瓜蒌薤白白酒汤大、中、小剂量组,每组10只,同时建立硬膜下血肿模型。各组连续灌胃14 d后麻醉大鼠,进行腹主动脉取血,比较血肿面积,测定血液流变性中的凝血酶原水平、凝血酶含量和纤维蛋白原水平,观察各项指标的差异性及瓜蒌薤白白酒汤大、中、小剂量组对硬膜下血肿的治疗作用,并比较其治疗效果。结果瓜蒌薤白白酒汤大、中、小剂量组能够减小硬膜下血肿模型大鼠血肿面积,降低血浆中凝血酶水平,升高纤维蛋白原和凝血酶原水平,其中中剂量和大剂量组效果更显著。与模型组比较,以上3组差异均具有统计学意义(P0.01,P0.05)。结论瓜蒌薤白白酒汤能减小血肿面积,从而起到脑保护作用,并且能降低血液中凝血酶水平,升高纤维蛋白原和凝血酶原水平,发挥抑制凝血系统的功能,从而对硬膜下血肿具有治疗作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the therapeutic effect of Guilou Xiebai Liquor decoction on subdural hematoma in rats and the effect of Guilou Xiebai Liquor decoction on inflammatory factors in serum. Methods SD rats were randomly divided into sham-operation group, model control group, positive group (Tiandan Tongluo capsule), Gualou Xiebai Liquor decoction, medium and small dosage groups, 10 rats in each group, and the model of subdural hematoma was established at the same time. After 14 days of continuous gastric perfusion, the anesthetized rats were taken blood from abdominal aorta, the hematoma area was compared, the prothrombin level, thrombin content and fibrinogen level in hemorheology were measured. To observe the difference of indexes and the therapeutic effect of Guilou Xiebai Liquor decoction on subdural hematoma and compare its therapeutic effect. Results Guilou Xiebai Liquor decoction could reduce hematoma area, decrease plasma thrombin level and increase fibrinogen and prothrombin level in rats with subdural hematoma. Compared with the model group, the above three groups had statistical significance (P 0.01 P 0.05). Conclusion Guilou Xiebai Liquor decoction can reduce hematoma area, thus play a protective role in the brain, reduce the level of thrombin in blood, increase the level of fibrinogen and prothrombin, and play a role in inhibiting the coagulation system. Thus, subdural hematoma has a therapeutic effect.
