麻醉深度监测仪监测下不同浓度的七氟醚在老年麻醉中的应用价值

【摘要】:目的探讨评价麻醉深度监测仪监测下不同浓度的七氟醚在老年麻醉中的应用效果。方法纳入2013年6月~2015年6月本院拟行全身麻醉的老年患者共60例。使七氟醚呼气末浓度依次稳定在最低肺泡气有效浓度(MAC)0.6 MAC、1.0 MAC、1.3 MAC,各浓度均维持15min,记录麻醉深度监测仪监测过程中脑电双频指数(BIS)、动脉血压、血氧饱和度、体温。结果与麻醉前比较,0.6 MAC、1.0 MAC、1.3 MAC的BIS、动脉血压、体温值均降低(P0.05);1.0 MAC、1.3 MAC的BIS、动脉血压、体温值低于0.6 MAC(P0.05);1.0 MAC、1.3 MAC的术中BIS、动脉血压、血氧饱和度、体温值比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05),0.6 MAC、1.0 MAC、1.3 MAC的心率显著高于麻醉前,术后动脉血压显著低于麻醉前(P0.05);0.6 MAC的术后清醒拔管时间、术后心率均显著低于1.0 MAC及1.3 MAC,术后动脉血压显著高于1.0 MAC及1.3 MAC(P0.05);不同麻醉深度术后的血氧饱和度比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论术中麻醉深度监测仪监测显示随着七氟醚浓度增高BIS、动脉血压、血氧饱和度、体温值降低,麻醉深度监测仪具有良好的临床麻醉应用前景。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the effect of sevoflurane (sevoflurane) with different concentrations monitored by anaesthesia depth monitor in elderly anesthesia. Methods A total of 60 elderly patients undergoing general anesthesia from June 2013 to June 2015 were included. The end-expiratory concentration of sevoflurane was stabilized at the lowest effective concentration of alveolar air (MAC) 0.6 MAC1. 0 MAC1. 3 MAC3), and each concentration was maintained for 15 min. The arterial blood pressure (BP), oxygen saturation (O 2) and body temperature of EEG were recorded during the monitoring with (BIS),. Results compared with those before anesthesia, the arterial blood pressure, body temperature and arterial blood pressure were decreased (P0.05), arterial blood pressure and body temperature were less than 0.6 MAC (P0.05), arterial blood pressure and blood oxygen saturation were less than 0.6 MAC (P0.05). There was no significant difference in body temperature (P0.05). The heart rate of 0. 0 Marc 1. 0 MAC was significantly higher than that before anesthesia, and the arterial blood pressure after operation was significantly lower than that before anesthesia (P 0. 5), and the time of extubation was significantly lower than that before anesthesia (0. 6 MAC, P < 0. 05). Heart rate was significantly lower than 1. 0 MAC and 1. 3 Marc, arterial blood pressure was significantly higher than 1. 0 MAC and 1. 3 MAC (P0.05). There was no significant difference in blood oxygen saturation after different anesthetic depth (P0.05). Conclusion Intraoperative anesthesia depth monitor showed that the BIS, arterial blood pressure, blood oxygen saturation and body temperature decreased with the increase of sevoflurane concentration.
