分层脊麻在老年下肢骨折手术中的应用

【摘要】：正目前,国内对行下肢手术的老年患者多采用椎管内麻醉。老年人生理机能减退,合并疾病较多,对麻醉和手术的耐受力较差,手术风险较大。2013年2~11月,我们观察了分层脊麻用于老年下肢骨折手术的临床麻醉效果及其安全性。现报告如下。临床资料:选择40例择期行下肢骨折手术患者,男13例、女24例,年龄71~92岁,ASAⅡ~Ⅲ级;股骨颈骨折16例,骨折粗隆间骨折12例,股骨骨折7例,胫腓骨骨折5例;手术方式:胫骨手术5
