精细化管理在手术麻醉后复苏护理管理中的应用

【摘要】：目的:探讨精细化管理在手术麻醉后复苏护理管理中的应用效果。方法 :2013年1月~2015年1月,手术室将精细化管理理念应用于麻醉后复苏护理管理中,即设置设备精细化管理、患者转入、转出标准与流程精细化管理。结果:麻醉后复苏护理取良好效果,无1例不良事件发生,得到患者、麻醉医师、手术专家的认可。结论:精细化管理理念是提高麻醉后复苏护理管理的有效方法,使麻醉后复苏护理安全优质高效。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the effect of fine management in nursing management of postoperative resuscitation. Methods: from January 2013 to January 2015, the fine management concept was applied to the management of anaesthetized resuscitation nursing. Results: resuscitation nursing after anesthesia had a good effect, no adverse events occurred, and was recognized by patients, anesthesiologists and surgical experts. Conclusion: the concept of meticulous management is an effective method to improve the nursing management of post-anesthesia resuscitation, and make the nursing care after anesthesia safe, high quality and efficient.
