猪全身麻醉的临床试验

【摘要】：猪全身麻醉主要用于猪疝(腹股沟阴囊疝、脐疝、外伤性腹壁疝、会阴疝)和无痛去势,有时也用于母猪的剖腹产。本研究采用猪安神穴电针麻醉,药物硫喷妥钠、丙泊酚、速眠新Ⅱ、保定宁进行临床麻醉试验。试验结果表明,硫喷妥钠的麻醉效果最佳,电针麻醉效果良好,丙泊酚注射液效果一般,而速眠新Ⅱ和保定宁的效果不太理想。
