异丙酚复合瑞芬太尼应用于单肺通气麻醉的临床探讨

【摘要】：目的异丙酚复合瑞芬太尼应用于单肺通气麻醉的临床效果。方法随机抽取2012年4月~2014年11月诊治的88例单肺通气麻醉手术患者,分为研究组和对照组。研究组使用异丙酚复合瑞芬太尼进行麻醉;对照组使用异丙酚联合芬太尼进行麻醉,分析两组的麻醉效果。结果研究组患者拔管时间、自主恢复呼吸时间、睁眼时间明显优于对照组(P0.05)。在T4时,研究组舒张压(DBP)明显低于对照组,T1时,研究组DBP明显高于对照组(P0.05);在T4、T1时,研究组心率明显低于对照组(P0.05);在T1时,研究组收缩压(SBP)明显低于对照组(P0.05)。在T4、T2、T1时,研究组Pa O2明显高于对照组(P0.05);在T3时,研究组Sp O2明显高于对照组(P0.05)。结论将异丙酚复合瑞芬太尼用于单肺通气麻醉,可以缩短清醒时间,安全性较高。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the clinical effect of propofol combined with remifentanil on one-lung ventilation anesthesia. Methods 88 patients undergoing single lung ventilation anesthesia from April 2012 to November 2014 were randomly selected and divided into study group and control group. Propofol combined with remifentanil was used in the study group and the control group was anesthetized with propofol and fentanyl. Results the time of extubation, the time of spontaneous recovery of respiration and the time of eye opening were significantly better in the study group than in the control group (P0.05). At T4, the DBP of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group when the diastolic blood pressure (DBP) was significantly lower than that of the control group (P0.05); at T4T 1, the heart rate of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P0.05); at T1, the (SBP) of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P0.05). The Pa O 2 of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group at T 4 T 2 T 2 T 1 (P0.05), and the Sp O 2 of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group at T 3 (P0.05). Conclusion propofol combined with remifentanil can shorten the waking time and is safe.
