右美托咪啶对腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者七氟烷麻醉复苏期躁动的影响

【摘要】：目的探究腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者七氟烷麻醉复苏期躁动应用右美托咪啶的效果。方法选取我院2015年1月~2017年3月收治的使用七氟烷麻醉的腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者80例作为本次研究对象,回顾性分析患者情况。结果观察组患者躁动评分(2.01±0.19)分显著低于对照组(3.52±0.21)分,且两组存在显著差异;差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论右美托咪啶可改善腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者七氟烷麻醉复苏期躁动情况,值得临床应用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of dexmetidine on restlessness during sevoflurane anesthesia in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods from January 2015 to March 2017, 80 patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy with sevoflurane anesthesia were selected as the subjects. Results the score of restlessness in the observation group (2.01 卤0.19) was significantly lower than that in the control group (3.52 卤0.21), and there was significant difference between the two groups (P0.05). Conclusion dexmetidine can improve the restlessness of sevoflurane anesthesia in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy and is worthy of clinical application.
