盐酸纳美芬对颅脑全身麻醉手术患者的催醒作用

【摘要】：目的探讨盐酸纳美芬对颅脑全身麻醉手术患者的催醒作用。方法选择80例颅脑全身麻醉手术患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,分别给予生理盐水和盐酸纳美芬催醒,每组各40例,比较治疗后两组平均动脉压(MAP)、心率(HR),以及改良Glasgow昏迷量表(MGCS)评分、催醒率、不良反应。结果与对照组比较,观察组治疗后MGCS评分及治疗后5、10、20min HR均明显升高(P0.05);与对照组比较,观察组治疗后10、30min催醒率明显增高,拔管时间明显缩短,P0.05;两组复苏过程都没有出现严重不良反应。结论针对颅脑全身麻醉手术患者,盐酸纳美芬对呼吸及循环系统影响小,促使患者平稳度过苏醒期,具有安全有效的催醒作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of namefen hydrochloride on the wake-up of patients undergoing craniocerebral general anesthesia. Methods 80 patients undergoing craniocerebral general anesthesia were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The mean arterial pressure (MAP),) heart rate (HR), the (MGCS) score of the modified Glasgow coma scale, the arousal rate and the adverse reactions were compared between the two groups after treatment. Results compared with the control group, the MGCS score and HR in the observation group were significantly increased after treatment (P0.05), and the wake-up rate was significantly increased in the observation group at 1030 minutes after treatment (P0.05), and in the observation group (1030min after treatment), the recovery rate was significantly higher than that in the control group (P0.05). The extubation time was shortened significantly (P 0.05), and no serious adverse reactions occurred during resuscitation in both groups. Conclusion for patients undergoing craniocerebral general anesthesia, nalmefen hydrochloride has little effect on respiratory and circulatory system, and promotes the patients to pass the recovery period smoothly, which has a safe and effective effect on wake up.
