手术麻醉信息系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:随着科学和计算机网络技术的发展和日益普及,使科技、经济、文化等正在经历巨大的变化,人类逐渐进入信息化社会,信息已经成为经济发展的重要来源,它改变着人们的生活方式以及生活理念等。信息使我们的生活变得更加方便快捷,通过信息管理和对信息的利用,复杂的流程会变得简单化。信息系统与医疗的结合,改变了人们对传统工作方式的理解,以计算机网络为基础的医院信息系统(Hospital Information System,简称HIS)已成为医院运行和管理的重要标志。HIS系统不仅对医院的工作流程产生了重大的影响,对于患者的就诊流程扮演着越来越重要的角色。手术麻醉是医院以及医疗行业的重中之重,是治病救人的主要方式。手术麻醉也是医疗环节中最容易出现纠纷和问题的地方。如何合理的安排手术和麻醉,规范手术麻醉的操作,有效的监控手术麻醉过程,避免产生医疗纠纷已经成为各医院面临的难题。如今,HIS已经应用于各大医院,手术麻醉系统也逐渐成为医院信息系统中不可缺少的部分。手术麻醉信息系统的应用不仅规范了手术室麻醉科的工作流程,同时也帮助医院进行规范化的管理。因此,需要形成一个稳定、功能强大、使用方便、统一管理的手术麻醉管理平台,来辅助手术室和麻醉科的医护人员的日常工作,简化工作流程,减少手工记录,提高医护人员的工作效率,实现手术信息共享,为医院运营提供良好的平台。本文主要从手术麻醉信息系统的实际需求出发,重点研究了手术麻醉信息系统的开发环境、使用技术方法,以及手术麻醉信息系统所实现的功能。首先,根据手术麻醉系统的实际应用,本系统的面向对象有三个:麻醉科医生、手术室护士和系统管理员。从用户对手术麻醉系统的应用角度出发,不同的用户身份分配的角色不同,获得不同的程序访问权限,医生、护士和管理员通过同一个程序进行登录,进入不同的操作界面。其次,描述了手术麻醉信息系统应用的技术方法和需要达到的目标,叙述了开发手术麻醉信息系统所采用的“二层C/S”架构以及C/S架构的特点。然后研究和阐明了以POWERBUILDER为主要技术的系统构建过程,并按照相应的功能分为用户管理模块,麻醉管理模块和手术管理模块三部分实现手术麻醉信息系统的主要功能。麻醉医生可以通过本系统完成整个麻醉流程,包括术前麻醉准备,麻醉安排,术中记录等。手术室护士可以方便的进行手术安排,记录手术护理记录单,费用录入,手术执行和术后登记。本文所研究的手术麻醉信息系统,实现了手术麻醉流程的规范化管理,提高了手术麻醉效率,实现了手术麻醉信息的电子存储,手术麻醉信息的共享,以及高植耗材录入和跟踪管理,增强了医院信息化建设。
[Abstract]:With the development and popularization of science and computer network technology, science and technology, economy and culture are undergoing tremendous changes. Human beings are gradually entering the information society, and information has become an important source of economic development. It changes people's way of life and life concept and so on. Information makes our life easier and faster. Through information management and the use of information, complex processes become simple. The combination of information systems and medical care has changed people's understanding of traditional ways of working. The hospital information system (Hospital Information System,) based on computer network (HIS) has become an important symbol of hospital operation and management. His system not only has a significant impact on the hospital workflow. It plays a more and more important role in the treatment process of patients. Surgical anesthesia is the most important in hospital and medical industry, and is the main way to save patients. Surgical anesthesia is also the place where disputes and problems are most likely to occur in medical links. How to arrange the operation and anesthesia reasonably, standardize the operation of operation anesthesia, monitor the anesthesia process effectively and avoid the medical disputes has become a difficult problem in the hospitals. Now his has been used in various hospitals, and surgical anaesthesia system is becoming an indispensable part of hospital information system. The application of the operation anesthesia information system not only standardizes the work flow of the operation room anesthesiology department, but also helps the hospital to carry on the standardized management. Therefore, it is necessary to form a stable, powerful, convenient and unified management platform for surgical anesthesia management to assist the daily work of medical and nursing personnel in the operating room and the anesthesiology department, to simplify the working process, and to reduce the manual recording. Improve the working efficiency of medical staff, realize the sharing of operation information, and provide a good platform for hospital operation. Based on the actual demand of the operation anesthesia information system, this paper mainly studies the development environment, the technical method and the function of the operation anesthesia information system. Firstly, according to the practical application of surgical anaesthesia system, there are three object oriented systems: anesthesiologist, operating room nurse and system administrator. From the point of view of the user's application to the operation anesthetic system, the roles assigned by different users are different, and different program access rights are obtained. Doctors, nurses and administrators log in through the same program and enter different operation interfaces. Secondly, it describes the technical methods and objectives of the operation anesthesia information system, and describes the "two-layer C / S" architecture and the characteristics of the C / S architecture used in the development of the surgery anesthesia information system. Then it studies and clarifies the construction process of the system with POWERBUILDER as the main technology, and according to the corresponding function, it is divided into three parts: user management module, anesthesia management module and operation management module to realize the main function of the operation anesthesia information system. The anesthesiologist can complete the whole anesthesia process through this system, including preoperative anesthesia preparation, anaesthesia arrangement, intraoperative record, etc. The operating room nurse can easily arrange the operation, record the operation nursing record, input the expense, perform the operation and register after operation. The operation anesthesia information system studied in this paper realizes the standardized management of the operation anesthesia process, improves the efficiency of the operation anesthesia, realizes the electronic storage of the operation anesthesia information and the sharing of the operation anesthesia information. And high-planting consumables input and tracking management, enhance the hospital information construction.
