加味温胆汤不同配伍药组对大鼠营养性肥胖的影响

【摘要】：目的:通过观察加味温胆汤全方分别去掉祛痰药、益气药、健脾药、理气药、活血药后的各配伍药组与加味温胆汤、温胆汤原方对营养性肥胖大鼠各项指标的影响。方法:90只SD雄性大鼠按体重随机分为9组,即正常组,模型组,加味温胆汤组(8.775 g·kg-1),温胆汤原方组(5.175 g·kg-1),A减祛痰药组(A-祛痰药组,6.075 g·kg-1),A减益气药组(A-益气药组,6.525 g·kg-1),A减健脾药组(A-健脾药组,8.10 g·kg-1),A减理气药组(A-理气药组,6.525 g·kg-1),A减活血药组(A-活血药组,7.875 g·kg-1),每组10只,除正常组外,其余各组采用"高脂乳剂+碳酸饮料+普通饲料"混合喂养复制大鼠营养性肥胖模型,ig给药,连续4周;各组动物末次给药后,麻醉,打开腹腔,采血,分离血清,剥离肾及生殖器周围脂肪组织,检测血清葡萄糖(GLU),总胆固醇(TC),甘油三酯(TG),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C),低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C),瘦素(LEP),脂联素(ADP),胰岛素(INS)含量,计算脂肪指数。结果:与模型组比较,加味温胆汤组可明显减低肥胖大鼠血清LDL-C,LEP,INS含量;温胆汤原方组可明显降低肥胖大鼠体重、脂肪指数,TG,LEP,ADP水平;A-减祛痰药组可减低大鼠血清TG含量;A-减益气药组可降低大鼠体重,脂肪指数,TG,LEP水平,而升高大鼠血清TC,LDL-C,HDL-C含量;A-减健脾药组可减低大鼠脂肪指数,GLU,TG水平;A-减理气药组可降低肥胖大鼠的体重,脂肪指数,TG,LEP,INS水平,而升高血清LDL-C,HDL-C水平;各给药组均可明显增加大鼠摄食量;以上结果均具有统计学意义(P0.05,P0.01)。结论:各给药组均可从体重,脂肪指数,血糖,血脂及LEP,ADP,INS等方面干预大鼠营养性肥胖,其作用均与减少大鼠摄食无关。其中在观察除TC,LDL-C外的其他指标时大多可以去掉益气药组或理气药组;而在观察除TG外的其他指标时均不宜去掉祛痰药组,临床宜根据考察指标的不同进行相应的配伍加减。
[Abstract]:Objective: To observe the effect of Jiawei Wendan Decoction (JWD) on the indexes of nutritional obesity rats by removing expectorant, qi-tonifying, spleen-invigorating, Qi-Regulating and Blood-Activating drugs. Methods: Ninety SD male rats were randomly divided into 9 groups according to their body weight: normal group, model group and modified Wendan Decoction group (8.7). 75 g kg-1, WenDanDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecDecIn the meantime, it is necessary to study the relationship between the two. In addition to the normal group, the other groups were fed with "high-fat emulsion + carbonated beverage + common feed" to duplicate the nutritional obesity model of rats, Ig Administration for 4 weeks; after the last administration, the rats in each group were anesthetized, opened abdominal cavity, collected blood, separated serum, stripped kidney and the fat tissue around the genital organ, detected serum glucose (GLU), total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG). TG, HDL-C, LDL-C, Leptin (LEP), Adiponectin (ADP), Insulin (INS) and fat index were calculated. Results: Compared with the model group, the content of LDL-C, LEP and INS in the serum of obese rats was significantly decreased in the modified Wendan Decoction group, and the body weight, fat index and fat index were significantly decreased in the Wendan Decoction group. Number, TG, LEP, ADP levels; A-reducing and expelling phlegm drug group can reduce the serum TG content of rats; A-reducing Qi drug group can reduce the body weight, fat index, TG, LEP levels, but increase the serum TC, LDL-C, HDL-C content of rats; A-reducing and invigorating spleen drug group can reduce the fat index, GLU, TG levels; A-reducing Qi drug group can reduce the body weight, fat index, TG, LE, LE of obese rats. P, INS levels, but elevated serum LDL-C, HDL-C levels; each administration group can significantly increase rat food intake; the above results were statistically significant (P 0.05, P 0.01). Conclusion: Each administration group can intervene in nutritional obesity rats from body weight, fat index, blood sugar, blood lipids and LEP, ADP, INS and other aspects, the role of which has nothing to do with reducing food intake. Most of the indexes except TC and LDL-C can be removed from the Yiqi medicine group or the Liqi medicine group, while the other indexes except TG should not be removed from the expectorant medicine group.
