罗哌卡因与布比卡因用于腹部手术腰-硬联合麻醉效果比较

【摘要】：目的:比较罗哌卡因与布比卡因用于腹部手术腰-硬联合麻醉的效果。方法:选择下腹部手术患者80例,将其随机分成试验组和对照组各40例。对照组患者给予布比卡因麻醉处理,试验组患者给予罗哌卡因麻醉处理。对两组患者的麻醉效果和不良反应发生情况进行对比分析。结果:在麻醉效果方面,两组患者比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05);试验组患者的不良反应发生率显著低于对照组患者,两者比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);试验组患者痛觉阻滞时间显著长于对照组患者,两者比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);在痛觉恢复时间方面,两组患者比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05);在运动阻滞起始时间和恢复时间方面,两者比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:在腹部手术腰-硬联合麻醉手术中,应用罗哌卡因麻醉处理安全可靠,麻醉效果较好,而且不良反应发生率较低,应该进行临床推广应用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare the effect of ropivacaine and bupivacaine in combined spinal-epidural anesthesia for abdominal surgery. Methods: 80 patients undergoing lower abdominal surgery were randomly divided into two groups: the experimental group (n = 40) and the control group (n = 40). The patients in the control group were given bupivacaine anesthesia, and the patients in the experimental group were given ropivacaine anesthesia. The anaesthesia effect and adverse reaction of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results: there was no significant difference in anesthetic effect between the two groups (P0.05), and the incidence of adverse reactions in the trial group was significantly lower than that in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P0.05); the pain block time in the trial group was significantly longer than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05); the pain recovery time was significantly longer in the trial group than in the control group (P0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups (P0.05); in the starting time and recovery time of motor block, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion: ropivacaine is safe and effective in combined spinal-epidural anesthesia for abdominal surgery.
