瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚用于腹腔镜胆囊切除的麻醉效果

【摘要】：目的:探讨瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚用于腹腔镜胆囊切除的麻醉效果。方法:研究的50例对象均为我院2013年10月-2014年10月期间收治的胆囊疾病患者,所有患者均行腹腔镜胆囊切除术。按照麻醉方法不同分为两组,对照组25例患者采用异氟醚吸入麻醉,观察组25例患者采用瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚麻醉。建立气腹后,严密监测患者的血压、心率、平均动脉压等情况。手术结束后,观察两组患者自主呼吸时间、拔管时间、睁眼时间。结果:建立气腹后,观察组患者各项指标无明显变化,而对照组患者收缩压和心率较观察组有明显升高(P0.05)。结论:患者在行腹腔镜下行胆囊切除术时,可行瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚麻醉,对患者的影响较少,术后恢复快,值得推广。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the anesthetic effect of remifentanil combined with propofol in laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods: 50 patients with gallbladder disease were treated in our hospital from October 2013 to October 2014. All patients underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy. 25 patients in control group were anesthetized with isoflurane and 25 patients in observation group were anesthetized with remifentanil combined with propofol. After establishing pneumoperitoneum, the blood pressure, heart rate and mean arterial pressure were closely monitored. After operation, the time of spontaneous respiration, extubation and eye opening were observed. Results: after the establishment of pneumoperitoneum, there were no significant changes in the indexes in the observation group, but the systolic blood pressure and heart rate in the control group were significantly higher than those in the observation group (P0.05). Conclusion: remifentanil combined with propofol anesthesia is feasible in laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
