基于PubMed数据库瘙痒研究文献计量学分析

【摘要】：目的分析全球瘙痒相关文献特点和分布,了解研究现状,为更好地开展瘙痒相关研究提供思路和依据。方法利用汤森路透的TDA软件分析PubMed数据库1970年以来收录的瘙痒相关文献的时间、国家、期刊、作者和高频主题词分布,并制作作者合作网络图。结果瘙痒相关文献始于1843年,1970至1980年间发表量相对稳定,之后发表量稳步增长。美国和德国在瘙痒研究领域的论文具有领先优势,日本、英国、意大利和法国的发文量也较多。刊载瘙痒研究文献最多的期刊是《美国皮肤病学会杂志》、《英国皮肤病学杂志》和《皮肤病学文献杂志》。发文量最多的作者分别是美国维克森林大学医学院的Yosipovitch G、德国Maennedorf地区医院重症监护医学与麻醉科的Staender S和德国慕尼黑大学过敏与皮肤科的Ring J。瘙痒研究的高频主题词涉及瘙痒的诊断、鉴别诊断和治疗。结论美国和欧洲国家仍是相关领域的研究大国,中国在该领域的学术影响力有待提高。瘙痒相关疾病的临床诊治是该研究领域的主要方向。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the characteristics and distribution of the global pruritus related literature, and to understand the current situation of the research, and to provide ideas and basis for the better development of the pruritus related research. Methods using Thomson Reuters' TDA software to analyze the time, country, journal, author and high frequency subject word distribution of itching related literature collected in PubMed database since 1970, and to make the authors' cooperative network map. Results the literature on pruritus began in 1843 and was relatively stable between 1970 and 1980, and then increased steadily. The United States and Germany have led the way in research on itching, while Japan, the United Kingdom, Italy and France have also published more papers. The most published journals are the American Journal of Dermatology, the British Journal of Dermatology, and the Journal of Dermatology. The authors with the highest number of papers were Yosipovitch Gat, School of Medicine, Wake Forest University, Staender S, Department of intensive Care Medicine and Anesthesiology, Department of intensive Care and Anesthesiology, Maennedorf District Hospital, Germany, and Ring JJ, Department of Allergy and Dermatology, University of Munich. The high-frequency subject words of pruritus research relate to the diagnosis, differential diagnosis and treatment of pruritus. Conclusion the United States and European countries are still major research countries in this field, and China's academic influence in this field needs to be improved. The clinical diagnosis and treatment of pruritus-related diseases is the main research field.
