子宫肌瘤手术中应用舒芬太尼联合丙泊酚麻醉的效果评价

【摘要】：目的:评估子宫肌瘤手术中应用舒芬太尼联合丙泊酚麻醉的效果。方法:选择我院收治的72例行子宫肌瘤手术治疗的患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字法,将72例患者分成两组,其中一组36例患者应用舒芬太尼联合丙泊酚麻醉设作观察组,另一组36例应用瑞芬太尼联合丙泊酚麻醉设作对照组,对比两组麻醉效果和恢复情况。结果:观察组麻醉效果明显优于对照组,观察组麻醉后恢复情况优于对照组,两组对比差异显著(P0.05)。结论:子宫肌瘤手术中应用舒芬太尼联合丙泊酚麻醉效果理想,麻醉后患者苏醒较快,适宜推广应用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the effect of sufentanil combined with propofol in hysteromyoma surgery. Methods: Seventy-two patients with uterine leiomyoma were randomly divided into two groups: one group (36 cases) was treated with sufentanil combined with propofol anesthesia, and the other group was treated with sufentanil combined with propofol anesthesia. The other 36 cases were treated with remifentanil combined with propofol as control group. Results: the anesthetic effect of the observation group was obviously better than that of the control group, and the recovery of the observation group after anesthesia was better than that of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was significant (P0.05). Conclusion: sufentanil combined with propofol is effective in hysteromyoma surgery.
