紫青银表面麻醉液外涂治疗传染性软疣60例

【摘要】：目的对紫青银表面麻醉液外涂治疗传染性软疣的效果进行分析和探讨。方法选择我院在2013年10月~2014年6月收治的60例传染性软疣患者作为研究对象,作为观察组,选择同期收治的60例传染性软疣患者作为对照组,采用紫青银表面麻醉液外涂对观察组患者进行麻醉,采用2%碘酊麻醉的方式针对对照组患者进行麻醉,对两组患者的麻醉效果进行分析和比较。结果在经过治疗之后,60例对照组患者当中出现Ⅰ度疼痛的共计有42例,占70.0%;出现Ⅱ度疼痛的共计有18例,占30%。在60例观察组患者当中出现出现Ⅰ度疼痛的共计有10例,占16.7%;出现Ⅱ度疼痛的共计有18例,占30%,出现Ⅲ度疼痛的共计有32例患者,占53.3%。相对于对照组患者而言,观察组患者的疼痛感明显较轻(P0.05)。结论采用紫青银表面麻醉液药外涂治疗传染性软疣具有良好的镇痛效果,可帮助患者减轻痛苦,而且具有较低的费用。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze and discuss the effect of external application of purple blue silver anesthetic solution in treating molluscum contagiosum. Methods from October 2013 to June 2014, 60 patients with soft verruca were selected as the observation group and 60 patients as the control group. The patients in the observation group were anesthetized with purple blue silver surface anesthetic solution, and the patients in the control group were anesthetized with 2% iodine tincture. The anaesthesia effects of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results after treatment, 42 cases (70.0%) had first degree pain and 18 cases (30%) had second degree pain in 60 cases of control group.
