麻醉下推拿对腰椎间盘突出神经疼痛的临床探究

【摘要】：目的 对麻醉下推拿对腰椎间盘突出神经疼痛患者的疗效进行研究及判定。方法 选取我院2013年2月~2014年1月收治的腰椎间盘突出神经痛患者60例为研究对象,进行随机分组为对照组与观察组,对照组给予患者传统的推拿治疗,观察组给予患者麻醉下推拿治疗,并观察两组患者的治疗疗效。结果 观察组腰椎间盘突出神经痛患者的疼痛缓解率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论 给予腰椎间盘突出神经疼痛患者麻醉下推拿的疗效较传统推拿治疗更为显著,可有效的缓解患者的疼痛情况,从而改善其生活质量,疗效显著,值得在临床中推广实施。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effect of massage under anesthesia on patients with nerve pain caused by lumbar disc herniation. Methods from February 2013 to January 2014, 60 patients with neuralgia of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was treated with traditional massage therapy. The patients in the observation group were treated with massage under anesthesia, and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed. Results the pain relief rate of patients with neuralgia of lumbar disc herniation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion the effect of massage under anesthesia in patients with pain of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation is more significant than that in traditional massage. It can effectively relieve the pain of patients and improve their quality of life. It is worth popularizing and implementing in clinic.
