海扶刀治疗肝血管瘤的麻醉方案及疗效分析

【摘要】：目的:探讨海扶刀手术治疗肝血管瘤过程中的最佳麻醉方案及其疗效。方法:将60例肝血管瘤患者随机分为2组,对照组进行传统的切除手术,观察组进行海扶刀手术,分析在手术过程中的麻醉方案,比较2组疗效。结果:60例患者麻醉效果达到ASAⅠ级者有52例,良好率高达86.7%;观察组患者手术时间、苏醒时间和VAS评分均明显优于对照组(P0.01)。结论:海扶刀可以有效切除肝血管瘤且创伤小,其麻醉过程有重要意义,良好的麻醉效果对患者手术的顺利进行和病情的治疗与恢复有着积极地影响。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the best anesthetic scheme and its curative effect in the treatment of hepatic hemangioma.
