人参四逆颗粒对心力衰竭犬的保护作用

【摘要】：目的观察人参四逆颗粒对比格犬心力衰竭的保护作用。方法普通级比格犬36只,麻醉开胸术后给予3%戊巴比妥钠溶液制备心力衰竭模型;十二指肠给予人参四逆颗粒,观察心脏重量指数,采血进行相关酶检测及各脏器病理学变化。结果人参四逆颗粒对心力衰竭犬可明显改善心脏重量指数,减低血管紧张素(Ang)-Ⅱ、脑钠素、心钠素、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α、去甲肾上腺素、内皮素、白细胞介素1含量,可明显改善各脏器的病理学损伤。结论人参四逆颗粒能改善心力衰竭犬心脏重量指数,减轻神经内分泌细胞因子的损害,对犬心力衰竭有保护作用。
