右美托咪定与咪达唑仑用于麻醉性监护效果比较

【摘要】：目的比较右美托咪定与咪达唑仑局麻下乳房肿块切除手术中麻醉性监护效果。方法选择50例局麻下择期乳房肿块切除术的患者按随机数字表法分为咪达唑仑组(M组)和右美托咪啶组(D组)。分析各时间点两组MAP、HR、SpO_2、OAA/S评分。结果 T_1、T_2,T_3时间点两组MAP明显低于T0(P0.05)。D组用药后T_1、T_2,T_3的HR明显慢于T0(P0.05),且慢于M组相同时间点(P0.05)。两组OAA/S评分均较前降低(P0.05),D组用药后T_1、T_2时间点OAA/S评分均高于M组(P0.05)。结论相比咪达唑仑,右美托咪定心率降低更为显著,但镇静效果更好。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the anesthetic monitoring effect between dexmetomidine and midazolam in mastectomy of breast masses under local anesthesia. Methods Fifty patients undergoing selective mastectomy under local anesthesia were randomly divided into midazolam group (group M) and dexmetomidine group (group D). The MAP,HR,SpO_2,OAA/S scores of two groups at each time point were analyzed. Results the MAP of the two groups was significantly lower than that of the T0 group at the time point of T _ 1 / T _ 2C _ 3 (P 0.05). The HR of T _ 1 / T _ 2T _ (3) was slower than that of T _ 0 (P0.05), and the HR of T _ (1) / T _ (2) T _ (3) was slower than that of M group at the same time (P0.05). The OAA/S scores of the two groups were lower than those of the former (P0.05). The OAA/S scores of the two groups were higher than those of the M group (P0.05). Conclusion compared with midazolam, the heart rate of dexmetomidine decreased more significantly, but the sedative effect was better than that of midazolam.
