腹膜后肿瘤手术的麻醉治疗效果探讨

【摘要】：目的本次主要研究腹膜后肿瘤手术的麻醉治疗效果。方法选取于2013年10月至2014年10月在我院行腹膜后中立手术麻醉患者40例,作为本次研究对象,对比患者行麻醉手术前后的疼痛指数。结果患者麻醉手术后的疼痛指数明显低于麻醉前,P0.05。结论对于腹膜后肿瘤手术的患者可以采用复合麻醉,效果好,用药量少,能减少患者的痛苦,且手术后清醒时间快,因此此方法值得在临床上大力推广使用。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the anesthetic effect of retroperitoneal tumor surgery. Methods Forty patients undergoing retroperitoneal neutral operation from October 2013 to October 2014 were selected as the subjects of this study. The pain index before and after anesthesia was compared. Results the pain index after anesthesia was significantly lower than that before anesthesia (P 0.05). Conclusion compound anesthesia can be used in patients with retroperitoneal neoplasms. It has good effect, low dosage of drugs, can reduce the pain of patients, and has a quick waking time after operation. Therefore, this method is worth popularizing in clinic.
