大鼠咬肌H反射的双侧三叉神经运动核和咬肌电活动联合分析

【摘要】:目的:建立同步检测双侧三叉神经运动核(trigeminal motor nucleus,Mo5)电活动和咬肌电活动同步记录技术,为进一步分析咬肌H反射的神经通路和可塑性机制奠定基础。方法:取成年Wistar大鼠5只,在麻醉状态下进行双侧Mo5区电活动的同步记录,同时监测双侧咬肌肌电(EMG)等多项生理指标,并对给予咬肌神经电刺激时同步记录到的肌电反应进行分析。结果:1记录稳定信号30min,可见Mo5区神经元呈一低频放电模式:左侧(1.25±0.09)Hz,右侧(1.20±0.39)Hz,P0.05,咬肌未见可测的电活动;2给予单侧咬肌神经电刺激(0.1~20mA,200μs,0.3Hz)不仅诱导出同侧咬肌H反射,也诱导出对侧咬肌H反射;3给予单侧咬肌神经电刺激诱发H反射时,同时引发同侧和对侧Mo5核团生物电反应;4刺激侧咬肌EMG幅值明显高于对侧(P0.05);刺激侧Mo5核团生物电幅值与对侧相比较差异无统计学意义。结论:对大鼠咬肌H反射的双侧Mo5区和咬肌电活动可进行有效的同步记录和分析,可用于咬肌H反射的神经通路和可塑性机制研究。
[Abstract]:Aim: to establish a synchronous recording technique for detecting the electrical activity of bilateral trigeminal motor nucleus (trigeminal motor nucleus,Mo5) and masseter muscle activity synchronously, so as to lay a foundation for further analysis of the nerve pathway and plasticity mechanism of masseter H reflex. Methods: the electrical activity of bilateral Mo5 was recorded in 5 adult Wistar rats under anesthesia, and several physiological indexes, such as bilateral masseter electromyography (EMG), were monitored at the same time. The electromyoelectric responses recorded during nerve stimulation of masseter muscle were analyzed. Results: (1) after recording the stable signal for 30 minutes, the neurons in the Mo5 region showed a low frequency discharge pattern: the left side (1.25 卤0.09) Hz, and the right side (1.20 卤0.39) Hz,P0.05, had no measurable electrical activity. 2Induction of unilateral masseter nerve electrical stimulation (0.1 ~ 20mAn 200 渭 s ~ (0.3 Hz) not only induced ipsilateral masseter H reflex, but also induced contralateral masseter H reflex; 3When unilateral masseter nerve stimulation was given to induce H reflex, both ipsilateral and contralateral Mo5 nuclei were induced bioelectric response, 4the amplitude of EMG in stimulating side masseter muscle was significantly higher than that in contralateral side (P0.05). There was no significant difference in bioelectric amplitude between the stimulation side and the contralateral side. Conclusion: the simultaneous recording and analysis of bilateral Mo5 region and masseter electrical activity of masseter H reflex in rats can be used to study the neural pathway and plasticity mechanism of masseter H reflex.
