右美托咪定在宫颈癌根治术硬膜外麻醉中的镇静效果评价

【摘要】：目的:探讨右美托咪定在宫颈癌根治术硬膜外麻醉中的镇静效果。方法:按照入院顺序将96例择期行硬膜外麻醉下宫颈癌根治术的患者随机分为实验组和对照组,每组48例,对照组给予常规硬膜外麻醉,实验组在此基础上给予右美托咪定镇静,观察两组患者不同时间点的Ramsay镇静评分、脑电双频指数(BIS)、心率、血压及术后不良反应发生率。结果:实验组手术开始15min、手术开始30 min、术毕BIS、心率和血压均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P0.05;实验组术后注射痛、呼吸抑制以及低血压发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P0.05。结论:右美托咪定对硬膜外麻醉下宫颈癌根治术中的Ramsay镇静评分、BIS、心率、血压的影响积极,有明显的镇静效果。
[Abstract]:Objective: To study the sedative effect of dexmedetomidine in the epidural anesthesia of the radical operation of cervical cancer. Methods:96 patients with cervical cancer were randomly divided into experimental group and control group according to the order of admission. The Ramsay sedation score, the bispectral index (BIS), the heart rate, the blood pressure and the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions were observed at different time points in the two groups. Results: The operation of the experimental group was 15 minutes, the operation was started for 30 minutes, the BIS, the heart rate and the blood pressure were significantly lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant, P0.05; the injection pain, respiratory depression and the incidence of hypotension in the experimental group were significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion: The effects of dexmedetomidine on the Ramsay sedation score, BIS, heart rate and blood pressure in the radical operation of cervical cancer under epidural anesthesia are positive and have a clear sedative effect.
