尘肺患者小容量肺泡灌洗两种麻醉方法的比较

【摘要】：将40例尘肺患者158例次小容量肺泡灌洗分为传统组和改良组,对小容量肺泡灌洗术中两种麻醉方法进行比较。传统组:利多卡因5 ml超声雾化麻醉加术前肌肉注射安定5 mg;改良组:利多卡因5 ml超声雾化麻醉加1%丁卡因3ml口咽滴注及术前肌肉注射安定5 mg。结果显示,改良组麻醉有效率、每次灌洗量均高于传统组。
[Abstract]:158 cases of pneumoconiosis were divided into two groups: the traditional group and the modified group. The two anesthetic methods were compared in the small volume alveolar lavage. Traditional group: lidocaine 5 ml ultrasonic atomization anesthesia plus preoperative intramuscular injection of diazepam 5 mg; improved group: lidocaine 5 ml ultrasound atomization anesthesia plus 1% dicaine 3ml oral and pharyngeal infusion and preoperative intramuscular injection of diazepam 5 mg. The results showed that the effective rate of anesthesia in the improved group was higher than that in the traditional group.
