无保护会阴阴道分娩应用椎管内麻醉镇痛的效果观察

【摘要】：目的对无保护会阴阴道分娩应用椎管内麻醉镇痛的效果进行观察。方法实施无保护会阴阴道分娩的200例产妇分成两组,其中100例无任何镇痛方式,为对照组;另外100例实施椎管内麻醉镇痛,为观察组。对比分析其临床情况。结果观察组患者的阴道裂伤发生率和中转剖宫产率和对照组相比明显偏低,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);观察组患者的产后出血以及新生儿窒息发生率和对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论无保护会阴阴道分娩患者实施椎管内麻醉镇痛,有助于降低产妇阴道裂伤发生率以及剖宫产率,值得推广。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the analgesic effect of intraspinal anesthesia in unprotected perineural delivery. Methods 200 parturients with unprotected perineovaginal delivery were divided into two groups, 100 of them had no analgesia in the control group, and the other 100 in the observation group were treated with intraspinal anesthesia and analgesia. The clinical situation was compared and analyzed. Results the incidence of vaginal laceration and the rate of conversion to cesarean section in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal asphyxia between the observation group and the control group (P0.05). Conclusion Intraspinal anesthesia and analgesia are helpful to reduce the incidence of vaginal laceration and cesarean section in unprotected perineovaginal parturients, and it is worth popularizing.
