碧兰麻在牙体牙髓病治疗中的应用及效果评价

【摘要】：目的探讨分析碧兰麻在牙体牙髓病治疗中的应用及效果评价。方法用于本次临床研究的100例牙体牙髓病患者是由我院自2012年6月至2014年6月这段期间内收治的,100例患者均行手术治疗,将其随机分成观察组50例和对照组50例,对观察组的患者在手术中采用碧兰麻进行麻醉,对对照组的患者在手术中采用利多卡因进行麻醉,观察比较两组患者的麻醉效果和满意率。结果观察组患者的麻醉总有效率为94%,对照组患者的麻醉总有效率为78%,观察组患者的麻醉总有效率明显高于对照组患者,两组患者的临床数据比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。观察组患者的总满意率为96%,对照组患者的总满意率为74%,观察组患者的总满意率明显高于对照组患者,两组患者的临床数据比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论在牙体牙髓病的治疗中采用碧兰麻进行麻醉安全可靠、效果显著,可大大提高患者满意率,值得广大相关医护人员在临床上大力推广及应用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the application and evaluation of blue in the treatment of dental pulp disease. Methods 100 cases of pulpitis were treated in our hospital from June 2012 to June 2014. All the 100 cases were treated by surgery. They were randomly divided into observation group (n = 50) and control group (n = 50), and the patients were randomly divided into two groups: observation group (n = 50) and control group (n = 50). The patients in the observation group were anesthetized with blue anesthesia during the operation, and the patients in the control group were anesthetized with lidocaine in the operation. The anesthetic effects and satisfaction rates between the two groups were observed and compared. Results the total effective rate of anesthesia was 94% in the observation group and 78% in the control group. The total effective rate of anesthesia in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group. There was significant difference in clinical data between the two groups (P0.05). The total satisfaction rate was 96% in the observation group and 74% in the control group. The total satisfaction rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group. There was a significant difference in the clinical data between the two groups (P0.05). Conclusion Blue blue anesthesia is safe and reliable in the treatment of dental pulpitis, and can greatly improve the satisfaction rate of patients. It is worth popularizing and applying in clinical practice.
