瑞芬太尼与芬太尼静脉麻醉在老年患者手术麻醉中应用效果对比探讨

【摘要】：目的探讨瑞芬太尼与芬太尼静脉麻醉在老年患者手术麻醉中的应用效果。方法手术治疗的老年患者122例,随机分为实验组和对照组,各61例。实验组患者采用芬太尼静脉麻醉,对照组患者采用瑞芬太尼静脉麻醉,比较两组患者的麻醉效果以及麻醉后恢复情况。结果实验组患者麻醉前后的心率、血压对比无明显变化,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。手术结束后,实验组患者的自主呼吸恢复时间、苏醒时间以及定向力恢复时间明显短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论瑞芬太尼与芬太尼静脉麻醉在老年患者手术麻醉中效果类似,但瑞芬太尼麻醉对患者的生命体征的影响更小,麻醉效果显著且安全性更高,值得临床推广。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of remifentanil and fentanyl intravenous anesthesia in elderly patients. Methods 122 elderly patients were randomly divided into experimental group (n = 61) and control group (n = 61). Fentanyl intravenous anesthesia was used in the experimental group and remifentanil intravenous anesthesia was used in the control group. The anesthetic effects and recovery after anesthesia were compared between the two groups. Results there was no significant difference in heart rate and blood pressure before and after anesthesia in the experimental group (P0.05). After the operation, the recovery time of autonomic respiration, recovery time and orientation force in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion the effect of remifentanil and fentanyl intravenous anesthesia is similar in elderly patients, but the effect of remifentanil anesthesia on the vital signs of the patients is less, the anesthetic effect is significant and the anesthesia safety is higher, so it is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
