电针治疗膝关节镜下前交叉韧带重建术后患膝肿痛

【摘要】：目的:探讨电针治疗膝关节镜下前交叉韧带(anterior cruciate ligament,ACL)重建术后患膝肿痛的临床疗效及安全性。方法:2013年1月至2015年11月,采用电针治疗膝关节镜下ACL重建术后患膝肿痛患者28例,男16例、女12例。年龄22~46岁,中位数35.5岁。均初次行膝关节镜下ACL重建术。ACL断裂至重建手术时间4周至4个月,中位数49 d。术后患者麻醉解除后即开始进行电针治疗,每日2次,连续治疗7 d。分别于术后24 h、48 h、72 h及7 d,采用疼痛视觉模拟量表评定患膝疼痛情况,测量距髌骨上极10 cm处的大腿周长,以与术前周长的差值判断患膝肿胀程度。结果:术后24 h、48 h、72 h及7 d,患膝疼痛视觉模拟量表评分逐渐降低[(6.33±1.09)分,(4.26±0.68)分,(4.16±1.10)分,(1.27±0.21)分],肿胀程度逐渐降低[(4.23±2.09)cm,(3.87±1.09)cm,(3.45±1.28)cm,(1.01±0.21)cm]。28例患者治疗过程中均未出现任何不良反应。结论:电针疗法可以有效减轻膝关节镜下ACL重建术后患膝疼痛及肿胀程度,且安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。
