【摘要】：正例1:女,59岁,56kg,汉族,因"阵发性左面部不自主抽搐6年余"入院,术前诊断为"左侧面肌痉挛",拟全麻下行"左侧面神经微血管减压术"。术前病史无特殊,心电图、胸片、血尿常规及生化等检查未见明显异常,ASAⅠ级。术前气道评估:甲颏间距三横指,张口度大于两横指,上下中切牙有两颗缺损,口咽部Mallampati分级Ⅰ级。患者入室常规
[Abstract]:Case 1: female, 59 years old, 56kg, Han nationality, admitted to hospital for "paroxysmal left facial seizures for more than 6 years", diagnosed as "left facial muscle spasm" before operation, and "left lateral nerve microvascular decompression" under general anesthesia. There was no special history before operation, ECG, chest radiography, hematuria routine and biochemical examination showed no obvious abnormality, ASA grade I. Preoperative airway evaluation showed that the distance between nail and chin was three transverse fingers, the degree of mouth opening was more than two transverse fingers, the upper and lower middle incisors had two defects, and the oropharynx Mallampati grade 鈪，
