连续硬膜外腔麻醉无痛分娩的观察及护理

【摘要】：目的:探讨连续硬膜外腔麻醉行无痛分娩的止痛效果及护理。方法:将88例初产妇随机分为观察组和对照组,各44例,观察组采用硬膜外腔麻醉无痛分娩,对照组采用自然分娩,不采取任何镇痛措施。结果:观察组分娩过程中VAS评分均≤3,止痛有效率100%。两组产程时限比较差异有显著性意义(P0.05)。结论:经过严密观察和精心细致的护理,硬膜外腔麻醉无痛分娩效果显著,产程时限明显缩短,为孕产妇提供了一个安全舒适的分娩过程,提高了自然分娩率。
