探究不同麻醉老年患者术后认知功能障碍发生的比较

【摘要】：目的:研究分析不同麻醉老年患者术后认知功能障碍的情况。方法:选择2015年1月至2016年1月在我院进行下腹部或下肢手术的患者84例作为研究对象,采用随机数字法将患者分为两组,观察组和对照组,均为42例,采用腰硬联合阻滞麻醉方法对观察组患者进行麻醉,采用全身麻醉方法对照组患者进行麻醉,对两组患者术后认知功能障碍情况进行比较分析。结果:观察组术后1天、术后3天认知功能评分与对照组存在较大差异,有统计学意义(P0.05);观察组术后1天、术后3天认知功能障碍发生率比对照组低,数据差异显著,有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:腰硬联合阻滞麻醉方法应用于老年下腹部或下肢手术时,可减少患者术后认知功能障碍的发生。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study and analyze the cognitive impairment of elderly patients under different anesthesia. Methods: eighty-four patients undergoing lower abdominal or lower extremity surgery in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected as subjects. The patients were randomly divided into two groups: observation group (n = 42) and control group (n = 42). The patients in the observation group were anesthetized by combined spinal and epidural block anesthesia, and the patients in the control group were anesthetized by general anesthesia, and the postoperative cognitive dysfunction between the two groups was compared and analyzed. Results: the scores of cognitive function in the observation group were significantly different from those in the control group on the 1st and 3rd day after operation (P 0.05). The incidence of cognitive impairment in the observation group was lower than that in the control group on the 1st and 3rd day after operation, and the data were significantly different (P 0.05). Conclusion: combined spinal and epidural block anesthesia can reduce the occurrence of cognitive impairment in elderly patients undergoing lower abdominal or lower extremity surgery.
