全身麻醉联合硬外膜麻醉在直肠癌根治手术中麻醉疗效研究

【摘要】：目的探讨全身麻醉联合硬外膜麻醉在直肠癌根治术中的麻醉疗效。方法选择收治的直肠癌患者60例,根据随机数字表将其平均分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例。对照组采用单纯全身麻醉法,观察组采用硬膜外麻醉联合全身麻醉法,对比两组患者的麻醉效果。结果观察组的麻醉疗效优良率为93.3%,显著高于对照组的93.3%,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论在直肠癌根治手术中使用硬膜外麻醉联合全身麻醉临床效果明显,安全可靠。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the anesthetic effect of general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia in radical resection of rectal cancer. Methods Sixty patients with rectal cancer were randomly divided into control group (n = 30) and observation group (n = 30). The control group was treated with simple general anesthesia, and the observation group was treated with epidural anesthesia combined with general anesthesia, and the anesthetic effects of the two groups were compared. Results the excellent and good rate of anesthetic effect in the observation group was 93.3%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (93.3%). There was significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05). Conclusion epidural anesthesia combined with general anesthesia is effective, safe and reliable in radical resection of rectal cancer.
