麻醉师在门诊手术中潜在法律责任的规避

【摘要】：门诊手术麻醉属于一种特殊性质的工作,因此麻醉师在其工作的过程中担负着重要的法律责任。因此,麻醉师必须切实增强法制意识、提升自身的专业技术水平,严格执行相关的麻醉操作程序和规章制度,并且有效地处理好保护性治疗与病人所具有的知情权二者之间的关系。只有如此,才能规避法律责任,确保患者的健康和生命安全。
[Abstract]:Outpatient surgical anesthesia belongs to a special work, so anesthesiologists bear important legal responsibility in the process of their work. Therefore, anesthesiologists must strengthen their awareness of legal system, improve their professional and technical level, strictly implement the relevant anaesthesia operation procedures and rules, and effectively deal with the relationship between protective treatment and patients' right to know. Only in this way can we avoid legal liability and ensure the health and safety of patients.
