中医综合护理对腰椎手术患者快速康复的干预效果

【摘要】：目的探讨中医综合护理对腰椎手术患者快速康复的干预效果。方法将100例腰椎手术患者分为对照组50例和观察组50例。对照组采用腰椎手术常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上结合中医综合护理进行干预。比较两组患者术后VAS、JOA评分,术后恶心呕吐、腹胀、伤口疼痛、失眠、眩晕等不适症状的发生率,以及住院时间和满意度。结果术后72 h两组患者VAS评分均较术后麻醉清醒后降低(P0.05),JOA评分均较术后麻醉清醒后提高(P0.05),而观察组患者VAS、JOA评分的改善明显优于对照组(P0.05)。观察组患者术后恶心呕吐、腹胀、伤口疼痛、失眠、眩晕的发生率均明显低于对照组(P0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组患者住院时间明显缩短(P0.05),满意度明显提高(P0.05)。结论采用中医综合护理干预能有效减少腰椎术后患者的各种不适,促进患者快速康复,临床效果满意,对腰椎术后快速康复的意义重大。
[Abstract]:Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing on the rapid rehabilitation of patients with lumbar operation. Methods 100 cases of lumbar operation were divided into control group (50 cases) and observation group (50 cases). In the control group, the traditional nursing of the lumbar operation was adopted, and the observation group interfered with the comprehensive nursing of the traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of routine nursing. The incidence of postoperative VAS, JOA score, postoperative nausea and vomiting, abdominal distention, wound pain, insomnia, and dizziness were compared between the two groups, as well as the hospital stay and the degree of satisfaction. Results The VAS scores of the two groups were lower after the post-operation (P0.05). The scores of the JOA were improved after the post-operation anesthesia (P0.05). The VAS and JOA scores of the patients in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P0.05). The incidence of nausea and vomiting, abdominal distention, wound pain, insomnia and vertigo in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P0.05). Compared with the control group, the hospital stay time of the observation group was significantly shortened (P0.05), and the degree of satisfaction was improved significantly (P0.05). Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention of the traditional Chinese medicine can effectively reduce the various discomfort of the patients after the operation of the lumbar vertebra, promote the rapid rehabilitation of the patients and the satisfaction of the clinical effect, and is of great significance to the rapid rehabilitation after the operation of the lumbar vertebra.
